Covid-19 Safety Measures

It is our top priority for all guests to feel comfortable and safe through our celebrations.

Precautions currently in place:

​

All guests and hosts have received full vaccinations more than one month ago.

The exception is Skylar (we're praying the border rules allow her to cross in October!)

Skylar had covid-19 in April and we will be testing her antibodies prior to traveling.

All guests from the USA will be required to submit negative Covid-19 PCR tests prior to entering Canada as an added precaution (this is a border crossing stipulation so USA friends please have your PCR ready).

Rules to follow at Cooper's Hawk:

All guests will be required to show proof of full vaccination, please remember to bring your documents.

All guests will be required to show a government issued ID along with their proof of vaccination.

The above regulations are part of the new Ontario guidelines.

At the event, guests must wear a mask when indoors when not eating or drinking at their table.

We know that some of these regulations are not the most fun, but we are grateful to have the opportunity to congregate so kindly remind everyone to remember to mask up when indoors at the venue.

Ample hand sanitizer and additional face masks will be available for all.
